Samoa, is a country that lies between North America and the continent of Australia. Samoa has a population of about 160,000 people. The majority of them still practice a traditional lifestyle. There are two main islands in Samoa, Upolo and Savai'i. Savai'i is the largest and Upolo is an island where the capital Apia is located.
Savai'i Island is a treasure. As the largest Polynesian island into three after Tahiti and New Zealand, offering you natural Savii unspoilt sea, waterfalls, caves, tropical rain forests filled with various birds, and other wild animals are guaranteed not to hurt the visitors.
On Savai'i we can get actual experience of Samoan culture. One tradition you might want to experience may show Sunday Meal. Food cooked in a volcanic rock on the surface called "UMU", trying kirikiti game, or learn the art of making tapa cloth. In other words Savi'i island is the island that must be visited if you are in Samoa.
